Introducing BlueChef... What is it about? about food ! of course..

Recipes, recipes and more recipes , from easy to difficult, from quick to Sunday filling, but always tasty and delicious .

Furthermore, we'll be pitching ideas , from the obvious (classic or not) combinations to the original fusions that cross my path. Those won't call for a full recipe, but can simply be a source of inspiration - where necessary I will also provide you with a list of the most important ingredients for that idea - you will probably come up with the basic stuff by yourself.

And of course there will also be some blog articles , about food, food and everything related to it.

The philosophy behind BlueChef 's cuisine is that food is about joy , pleasure and satisfaction ; the joy of good food , the pleasure of sharing a meal and the conviviality of it , and the satisfaction of preparing something from which that joy and pleasure flow!
