A good steak tartare is full of flavors and textures that can only make you happy. You can make it with tender cuttings that you cut into very small pieces, or with minced meat fresh from the butcher's shop, if like me you have a butcher who makes the mince fresh in front of you with good pieces of beef without fat - costs just a little more , but in this case a real plus!
Furthermore, the ingredients are always about the same, although you can vary according to your own preferences. But what should certainly not be missing is that little bit of Worcestershire sauce, which is always a must!
Once you have cut all the ingredients to size (= very fine), it is ready very quickly.
