Simply scraping together a few ingredients from the fridge that make sense together, and making a tasty omelette is always a hit.
In this omelette, BlueChef tossed leftover mini potatoes, sliced smoked bacon & pitted black olives in the pan, along with some chives, pepper, salt & cayenne pepper.
